ACTS Product Table Attendant
Responsibilities:

Greet & Engage: Welcome attendees, introduce ACTS, and answer questions.

Promote Products: Share details about ACTS products and their impact.

Handle Sales: Process payments and keep track of inventory.

Organize Display: Keep the table neat and restock items as needed.

Collect Information: Gather contact details from interested attendees.
Skills Needed:

Friendly and outgoing, Sales and customer service skills. Familiarity with ACTS’ mission and products,Organized and detail-oriented, Strong communication skills
Event Assistants
Responsibilities:

Greet attendees, check them in, provide name tags, distribute event materials, and answer initial questions. Assist in organizing and executing ACTS events such as the Brand to Success Fair, workshops, and networking events.
Skills Needed:

Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and good communication.
Photography & Videography
Responsibilities:

Capture key moments of the event, take group shots, and record presentations or highlights.
Skills Needed:

Experience with photography/videography, familiarity with equipment, and creativity.
Career Mentors
Responsibilities:

Share professional insights with young adults on essential career skills like resume building, personal branding, and LinkedIn optimization.
Skills Needed:

Industry Specific Expertise, Networking, resume and cover writing, active listening, empathy patience, goal setting and planning, motivation, cultural sensitivity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Workshop Facilitators
Responsibilities:

Lead workshops on topics such as interview techniques, personal branding, and career planning. Engage participants through interactive discussions, role-playing, and activities.
