Allisa was born and raised in the city of St. Louis, MO. Allisa obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from SIU-Edwardsville in December 2020. After completing her bachelor's degree, Allisa obtained her Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on leadership from Lindenwood University in December of 2022. While completing her Master's degree, Allisa obtained a professional career coach certificate from the International Association of Professions Career College (IAP Career College).
Allisa was raised to face the saws of adversity and excel in all aspects of life, despite being a minority woman, and especially in the professional world. Allisa has always sought the need for education and career development resources in her community. She is proud to give to a community that has contributed to her well-being in life. It was not until halfway through her undergraduate program, she noticed the minority youth needed more adequate resources as it pertained to career succession. Busily, she began working on A Chance to Succeed (ACTS), INC. Allisa has a line of products and services to ensure the success of ACTS INC and to better prepare the youth as they choose their career paths.
"I have assisted many family and friends in overcoming the challenges that appear to be preventing them from advancing in their careers. As a young black woman, I understand the resources that are limited (and available) to the minority community. Life is too brief to be unsatisfied or uncertain. I'm here to provide career seeking individuals the skills they need to improve their view on life and to assist them in doing so. Please allow me to assist you in learning and creating better strategies for dealing with the problems that are impeding your career development progress."
